WestCasino KYC Verification Process
WestCasino runs KYC to confirm the account holder’s identity, residential address, and the ownership of the payment method before allowing certain withdrawals and account changes.
- Identity (ID/Passport): WestCasino requests a clear photo or scan of a government-issued document (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence). The file must show the full document, be in colour, and have readable name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date. If the document has two sides (ID card, driver’s licence), WestCasino requires both sides.
- Address proof: WestCasino accepts a utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter that shows the player’s full name and full residential address. The document must be recent (issued within the last 90 days) and match the address entered in the account profile. Screenshots with cropped headers, missing dates, or hidden issuer details are rejected.
- Payment method: WestCasino verifies the payment instrument used for deposits and withdrawals. For cards, WestCasino asks for a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits and the cardholder name, with the middle digits covered; the CVV must be covered. For e-wallets, WestCasino asks for a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing the account owner’s name and wallet ID/email; for bank transfers, WestCasino requests a bank statement showing the IBAN/account number and the account holder’s name.
WestCasino triggers KYC when a player requests a withdrawal, when cumulative withdrawals reach a threshold set by the operator, after changes to key profile data (name, address, email, phone), when a new payment method is added, or when risk checks flag the account for review.
WestCasino’s review time is 24–72 hours after all required files are uploaded in acceptable quality. If a document is unclear or mismatched, WestCasino pauses the review and requests resubmission, which extends the timeline.
